Jamie Barbour
Jamie Barbour is a spiritual healer, teacher, and initiated guide devoted to helping individuals return to their true Self.
His path formally began in 2002 when he was invited into the Empower Thyself Program and received Initiation as an Adept in the Lineage of King Salomon. What began as a deep personal calling became a lifelong commitment to structured spiritual training, disciplined study, and embodied service.
In 2004, Jamie graduated from the Northwest Noetic School of Massage and Bodywork, grounding his spiritual path in hands-on healing and an understanding of the body as a vehicle for transformation. In 2008, he received attunement in Jikiden Reiki, preserving the purity of traditional Japanese energetic healing methods.
In 2009, Jamie received his Second Initiation in the Lineage of King Salomon as a Life Activation Practitioner and Certified Introductory Teacher, formally entering advanced training through the Modern Mystery School. Over the years, he continued rigorous study in hermetic sciences, energetic healing modalities, sacred ritual, and initiatory leadership.
In 2015, he began walking the path of Ritual Master — a disciplined leadership track rooted in integrity and service. In 2018, he was Initiated as a Knight Templar. In 2022, he received certification as a Healer and Guide while continuing his Ritual Master training. In 2024, he received his final Initiation as a Magus Hermeticus.
Jamie’s work today reflects over two decades of training, practice, and devotion. He does not offer belief systems or spiritual bypassing. He offers structured tools, initiatory pathways, and direct experience.
Through Aeternus | The Return to Self, Jamie works with individuals who feel something is missing — those ready to move beyond surface spirituality into grounded clarity, empowered awareness, and authentic inner authority.

Gwen Seay
Gwen Seay, of Hidden Zen with Gwen, is a licensed Massage Therapist and a Madison School of Massage Therapy graduate. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Cal State San Marcos. Originally from Madison County, Alabama, and raised in a military family, Gwen has traveled extensively. Through her travels, she fosters a respect for diversity and an appreciation of cultural humility. She is knowledgeable in and offers Swedish relaxation, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and hot stone massages, and therapeutic cupping. Her interest in other modalities includes lymphatic drainage, craniosacral massage, and reflexology. Her lifelong holistic journey led her to a career as a healer in massage therapy. When Gwen is not practicing massage therapy and continuing her education in holistic wellness, she enjoys spending time outdoors gardening with her spouse and walking and cuddling her Beagle, Daisy.
Andrea Shetley
Andrea Shetley overcame several severe health crises (Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and Advanced Adrenal Fatigue) that robbed her of over 30 years of her life by using holistic solutions. She now wants to help others whose lifestyle is limited due to health challenges. Andrea empowers people to obtain their optimal health using safe, natural solutions. What is Rapid Eye Technology (RET)? While in an awake state, RET works with your body’s own natural release system; REM sleep. You are in control of your own journey and do not have
to re-live the trauma. RET is a tool to simulate REM and facilitate the clearing and release of stress stored in the mind/body that keeps us blocked from our true essence. Conscious mind is communicating with the Unconscious mind to let go of the energy charge of every issue.

Kristina Jermain
Kristina Jermain, CHP, of North Star Homeopathy, is a board-certified classical homeopath based in Huntsville, Alabama. A California native, she spent the first part of her career as a high school English teacher after earning a B.A. from UC Davis and a Master's Degree from Stanford University. After her eldest daughter's onset of profound autism in 2015, followed by a diagnosis of PANS (Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome) in 2016, her life's direction shifted. Faced with limited and uncomfortable options in conventional medicine, Kristina began exploring alternatives, eventually discovering classical homeopathy in 2018. The results were life-changing in the best possible way. Classical homeopathy restored her daughter's health, happiness, and quality of life in a relatively short period of time, and went on to become the cornerstone of her entire family's healthcare. Witnessing this depth of healing within her family inspired her to train as a homeopath at The Academy of Homeopathy Education so she could guide other families toward the same level of health. Today, Kristina works with a diverse clientele spanning a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and conditions, including autoimmune conditions; allergies and chemical sensitivities; ADHD and behavioral challenges; hormonal imbalances; depression and anxiety; essential tremors; ankylosing spondylitis; autism and other developmental disorders; and chronic pain. She brings to her practice not only rigorous clinical training, but the lived experience of a parent who has walked the road her clients are on. In her free time, Kristina enjoys hiking local trails with her two daughters, going on scenic roadtrips with her family, and curling up with a good book and her cats.
